Hawaii 5-0!!

And the trip was on... This is us leaving Salt Lake City, on our way to Maui. We were a little nervous because Lily has never been on a plane ride, let alone one that last 6 hours. She didn't cry at all. At the end of the flight at least 10 people complimented us on how well she did. That started the trip off in an awesome way, so it was time to have some fun!

This was Lily's first time in the ocean. She immediately did the butterfly stroke, and I then knew that she got her athletic genes from her marvelous father. 20 point.

The Coleman's Sunday Funday at Hogle Zoo. May 20th, 2012

So we decided to make it a Sunday Funday, and what better way to have a good time? The Zoo!! Kim and I like to head to the zoo to throw random objects at random animals. She hit a ringtail lemur with a donut, but her finest throw was a wet paper towel that she nailed the orangutan with. This was our daughter Lily's first time at the zoo, and we could tell she had a great time because she waved at every cuddly creature in the whole damn place. She is so smart that I get nervous one of these days she's going to ask me a basic question and my brain will temporarily fail me. If that happens I just hope I'll still be her hero. I guess that means I have to be her hero in the first place, but I can tell from the gazy locked-in stares that I'm definitely someone special to her.

I made Kim walk behind me in case there was a zebra attack. Luckily the action was limited to a dolphin I had to roundhouse because it splashed my crip-slips

This guy kept grabbing all sorts of mud and spraying it everywhere! Kim thought it was hilarious, and it was pretty sweet to see. It didn't smell like mud though...

I didn't know we were doing a model shoot in the giraffe house

A couple rock stars in SLC

I took this guys Swiss Army knife from his camo bag. Then I threw him into the lion den because he smudged the top of my shoes with his Birkenstocks.

This giraffe was so stupid
